Where will the Arci Travel driver wait for me when I'm at the airport or at the station?

At the end of the booking you will be provided with a telephone contact of our driver, so you can agree directly with him on the meeting place.

What does the price of the Arci Travel rental with driver service include?

The cost of the Arci Travel rental with driver service includes the transfer (or hourly arrangement), the welcome kit, the professional and safe guide of our drivers.

What type of cars do you have?

The cars available for the Arci Travel rental with driver service are: Mercedes Class V.

What is the maximum capacity of the cars?

The cars of the rental with driver service can accommodate a maximum of 3 passengers. Instead, the vans can accommodate a maximum of 8 passengers.

Are Arci Travel drivers vaccinated?

For the rental service with driver, personal safety and that of our customers is essential. The drivers are all vaccinated and equipped with a green pass and while driving (where required) they will use the Ffp2 mask. Furthermore, all vehicles are sanitized before each use.

How can I book an Arci Travel service?

To book a rental service with driver for a transfer or an hourly arrangement, you can fill out the form on the Contact page, use the "Call" and "Ask for a Quote" buttons, by telephone call or Whatsapp message, indicating the place of departure, that of arrival, the day and time in which you want to use the service.

Can I book a return transfer?

Of course, it is possible to book the car rental service with driver for a round trip from a destination.

Can I have child seats?

Yes, it is possible to have child seats, specifying it in the booking message via the website.

Can I bring pets with me on board the cars?

Yes, on Arci Travel cars it is possible to bring animals, with a special pet carrier.

How can I pay for the service reservation?

After confirming the quote for the service, it is possible to pay by advance bank transfer, PayPal, by credit card or by cash at the time of the meeting.

What happens to my booking if my flight or train is delayed?

After booking the rental with driver service, if the customer provides the flight or train number to the driver, any delays will be automatically calculated.

The waiting times included in the transfers are:
– 1 hour after the flight landed at the airport
– 30 minutes after the arrival of the train
– 15 minutes after the pick-up time at the hotel or indicated address.

What are the terms of cancellation and withdrawal of the service?

Cancellation is free 24h before the service. It is calculated at 50% from 24h to 12h before the service. Instead, it is calculated at 100% under 12h. You can change the date of the service for free.
